Canīt get your children to sleep at night? You canīt successfully help babies or children to sleep if you are frantic yourself. The child picks up on your anxious energy extremely easily. In order to relax them, you must relax yourself. Turn your mind off of the one hundred and one things you will do when he / she is asleep and project yourself into a scene that relaxes you - staring out of a train window at miles of countryside rolling by, laying down in a field and listening to the bird song, listening to calming music. It doesnīt matter what it is. If it calms you - think of it.
